and my personal experience's with it, so you can stay safe.

PART 1 (Staying safe and not getting your information stolen):
The Basic rules:
1. ALWAYS, ALWAYS USE A VPN OR PROXY, never ever ever ever, use TOR BROWSER without a VPN (Virtual Private Network) enabled. I personally use
NORDVPN due to its advanced security features and other dark-net specific features such as Onion Over VPN & Double VPN. (its also cheap)
You can use other free VPN services like protonvpn, but are limited, slower and dont hide you as well (wouldnt reccommend)

[Note that VPNS simply just hide your identity while browsing the darkweb, but does not stop the possibility of being traced]

2. NEVER USE THE SAME USERNAME/ PASSWORD, on the dark web there will be a lot of "registering" for new onion links, since
no secure password integration is available, you basically have to make an account for everything such as forums, dark email sites, etc. Meaning its very important to use
unique usernames and passwords each time, I would recommend lastpass to generate new ones(Use at least 20 characters for the PP and user for extra security):

[please make sure to write down these passwords, and usernames on a piece of paper
in a drawer somewhere safe that wont be compromised]
3. NEVER ALLOW PERMISSIONS, from experience if you ever get asked for permissions for microphone, camera, file exploration, etc. GET THE FUCK OUTTA THERE.
Do not allow any website whatsoever to allow access to any of these permissions no matter what! Make sure to never allow your antivirus to be shutoff while browsing.
You will regret it......
4. NEVER DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING, downloading files such as pirated movies, audio files, videos and more can lead to some
serious damage unless you download them with precaution. I always double check the onion link to make sure I haven't been forwarded to some other site discretely.
I never download anything on the clearnet or darknet without my antivirus software activated at all times, I usually switch between either Norton and McAfee.
If you do happen to install a file that is suspicious on your local system at the very least you can scan the file before you open it with your antivirus.

5. KEEP YOUR CLEARWEB SEPERATE, use your common sense. Dont give out personal information to random people you may meet on darknet forums,
even suggestions to where you might live, what you do for work etc. It can be extremely dangerous if you fuck with the wrong group
of people on the darknet. Also never bring over any type of information from the clearnet to the darknet, such as your email, passwords, phone numbers,
name, addresses, facebook accounts, instagram accounts. Keep your Clearnet seperate from your darkweb life.
6. BE CAREFUL OF SCAMS, basically 90% of the darkweb is a scam from my experience so treat everything like it is (Ill make another detailed thread to avoid scams
