First of all this tool is created in python
Download python 3.9.5 https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.9.5/python-3.9.5-amd64.exe
Install Modules (i will give you module name as a txt file)
Double click on main.py file
Input Your mail list
Enter Your proxy list(Http only)
Hit Enter
